Bro been running his family owned and operated shop for years man I’ve been coming to him since I was like 15 I’m 23 now and he was telling me how he had been hurting during the shutdown and he didn’t think they would come back but they did with the mask mandate and everything and then he told me his business didn’t qualify because he didn’t have a payroll
