I have my minor gripes with Abel and his choices of microphones from an engineer standpoint, I feel like he could use a different mic instead of an SM7B but it is what it is.
I look forward to the production and hopefully the album doesnât have too much âglossâ that these modern and recent releases have had by his peers and contemporaries.

there's hella elite studios in LA. think it just boils down to him likin the vibe at Conway and Henson. i don't think at this stage in his career he'd even have issues with booking them. they prolly free him a room lol
