Literally one of the greatest moments in TV history.

That moment near the end of season 2 when they've got Nick, and he just casually points out that they've already got a photo of the Greek and just never realised it, that's such a perfect lightbulb moment.

Ziggy's shooting spree is also a massive moment emotionally - that shot of him in the car afterwards is so raw.

ziggy such a tragic character as well man was just not build for it but wanted to rebel and do it his way anyways.

also franks last walk to the meeting with the greeks and when nick saw his car still being parked in the same exact spot the next day

That MASSIVE crane shot of the body being taken out of the water and the port gang standing there as it's brought onto the dock

they just slit his throat and tossed him into the sea my man frank didn't deserve that

also love the scene near the end when valcheck opens the last postcard from the van that frank shipped around the world to piss him off

James Ransone totally killed it, dude was also in Generation Kill, the miniseries that The Wire team made right after season 5. S*** is incredible imo

had some goat moments as well.
the only thing that bothered me tho as time went on was that fake serial killer plotline they kept spinning and then even lester got caught in it and i was like "even cool lester smooth up in it?" OK then lol.

but i actually liked some of the newspapers staff like gus

also thought omars death was well handled some ppl say it was pointless, but that was the point tbh.
