To answer your question op tbh I don't see there being a cure for tinnitus. If anything given the goto for most nowadays are airpods or some other form of in-ear audio device you can bet on an increase of tinnitus cases as time goes on

I have tmj and grind my teeth at night

about 2-3 years ago I thought I had like a ear infection bc of pain around my ears + tinnitus but I went to the ear doctors and he said I had nothing lol and it was prolly pain in my jaw from my bite

got a mouthguard made by a dentist for grinding and tried managing my stress and eventually the tinnitus went away

its just came back again pretty recently tho

facts, I think I might need a new mouthguard tho
