Thoughts on this run? Are you enjoying these projects or should he slow down releasing all that BS music?

He really got features from Em, Lauryn Hill, 50, and Wayne over this run. It’s like he wanted to work with as many legends as he could.

Better than hov

Nas is in my top 5 of all time, so you already know that I love this run that Nas and Hit-Boy did together. They gave us some great projects these last three years, and Nas' rapping ability is still as sharp as ever. Salute to them cats.

Oh yeah, and Nas is still better than Jay-Z too.

Competitively it makes a lot of rappers look silly and I think it raises the bar

Very good albums. Two of them comfortably finding a place as top 5 in his discography.

How when the best s*** was at the end i swear this is just a narrative of people getting tired of the pairing being old news but they got better the more they went imo

Man as long as he’s not out here struggle rapping I never got why people act like it’s a negative for someone like Nas to release too much music

That mentality of “he probably shouldn’t have did 1 or 2 of those” from fans is why Hov Kendrick etc don’t do it lol
