I have no clue why we should be subservient to some old ass document written by wealthy slaveowners.
i think a large part of fixing the system should rely on decentralization. not the republican type of pseudo-decentralization, nor like privatization, but we need to bring back politics, business, and livelihoods to local communities. this currently method of trying to hyper-globalize and hyper-centralize everything under the same "one fits all approach" is one of the worst things we've done in the US. this also is next to things like you said, where we should be phasing out the institution of college in its current form and move it back to be solely for domestic research, and instead focus on pushing trades and local economic participation
I agree with all that.

Because amendments and interpretation exist and without it this country would have failed a long ago and the world would have been worse off

and in its current form its outdated. take all the good stuff, make a new one with improvements.
being unconstitutional should not be an argument to why we shouldnt do something.

I respect the devotion to the philosophy but at some point you have to compromise with the other side in order to make progress along with those people.
