The burning could be because of a dye they use in the scan, you might also feel jerky and your pee might be discolorated for the rest of the day but that's kinda uncommon. If it really feels so bad if you ever need another MRI you can try asking to go dye-free, they should offer you alternatives because some people have hypersensitivity towards dyes.

mine was getting really bad the last couple of weeks,
it was coinciding with some extra jaw pain so I started focusing on proper mouth position and did some jaw exercises and its gotten a lot more manageable lately and not as loud
im sure ill have another spike eventually but gotta take the highs with the lows
I should probably see a dentist and get a fresh night guard but idk when ill get around to that

I clench my teeth a lot do u do the same? I was told by a dentist that this could aggravate everything but I don’t really put my focus onto it

TMJ can actually impact tinnitus a lot! You should look into that
genuinely forgot I had it until seeing this thread, I only notice it when its dead quiet

Idk what's causing mine, feel like it's mainly my right ear. Hope it's some ear wax or just ear infection but ear infection suppsoedlt clears up very quickly so I pray wax guess I'll vizit the doc soon because it does feel like it blocked a little
