so i always have to schedule my shift like within hours of it becoming available bc it’s so busy here, i’ll usually just accept the 4:30a-12a full available shift and edit it to like 2p-12a the night before, and stop like around 7p idk

so long story short last night it wouldn’t let me do it with today’s shift. says “error, something went wrong” every time, like i tried extending a shift when there weren’t any slots open past what i’m already scheduled for.

i figure i wake up at 4:00am and if it doesn’t work no ones up so i’ll delete the shift, it’ll become available and i’ll sign up for it and change the time to start at 2pm

anyway i do this and it says error again if i try to push the start later than 4:30am!! try again, same result. and bc i had to do this in like 7 seconds or less or someone would take the shift after the second error all that was left was 4:30a-6:00a. f*** this bullshit

it’s doing the same s*** for every other shift i have scheduled the next 7 days too

update: it fixed itself and i moved the next week of shifts to start at 2pm

they couldn’t have fixed it before i lost today’s shift tho huh

The first time I got my account deleted wasn’t even my fault. It was a $3 order (no tip) and the guy wanted me to deliver it to his door despite you having to pay for parking. I told him no and I wasn’t risking getting booted. That was the end of that conversation but he told DoorDash I verbally abused him and that never happened.

The second time I f***ed up and logged into my new account on the same device I got my 1st account deactivated.
