I don't know about taking classes but I can tell you that teaching online classes is way harder. I have no indication if the students are understanding what I'm saying or not. Also, it seems like people are less likely to ask question now then they were when classes were in person. I specifically dedicate some time to questions because I know people have difficulty understanding some of the s*** but no one ever asks. Then after class I get like 20 emails all asking the same thing.

Cameras and mics gotta stay off otherwise people start to complain about lag. I usually ask them to send questions through chat but they never do. I even made the chat private so no other student can see who asked but for some reason they still don't ask.
