Bro you have Vince Staples' project over Kendrick. Really? I like Vince, I do but Ramona Park Broke My Heart isn't even cracking top 15 for me this year, I don't think. I'm genuinely surprised it made top 10 lists for some people.

The song writing is incredible, feels like there’s not a single wasted bar. So many great hooks after great verses. So many quotables. The album sounds like Vince has been through a lot. Give it another listen. The weaker sounding tracks at first have become my favorite. Easily by far no album is touching it for me and I’ve never really cared for Vince until now

I'll give it a re-listen. I do remember liking this more than his last project. And you've convinced me to give it another try.
After Hours and Donda must make appearances on any list for it to even be considered potentially valid

Aye glad I convinced you. Ive put a couple people irl onto this album and I’m sure they’d say it’s one of their favorite projects in a while

So I'm re-listening to it now....and I think figured it out. Vince Staples sounds like he's trying too hard to sound effortlessly cool. Does that make sense?
I really like Magic. Was hoping for a better Dj Quik homage. And the production is a step in the right direction compared to the eponymous album but like Big Fish Theory set the bar too high for me maybe.
y'all overhyping this year crazy
s*** was aight. better than last year but that ain't saying much
