A lot
Frame and structure, bone strength, muscles, reflexes, stamina
It's the right decision but in all fairness it sucks cause until there aren't enough FTM and MTF transgender athletes in a sport that a league can be created they can't really do anything

Being a trans person undergoing hormone therapy has all of these aspects of their body changing every day they take their corresponding hormone… people aren’t stuck with the same frame for their entire lives based on whatever “sex” they are
No. Trans people under Hormone Replacement Therapy should be allowed to compete
2 years is nowhere near enough to make a significant difference to level playing field.
Someone who’s been on estrogen for years will be more biologically similar to a cis woman than a cis man

2 years regarding what
I got no problem wit banning em from cis gender competitions
My issue is how can they compete then? Too slippery of a slope
they can compete with biological sex.
2 years regarding what
2 years on hormones is not enough to be competing in sports
2 years on hormones is not enough to be competing in sports
What’s your basis for this statement
why?
They gon get washed, especially M to F, a man taking estrogen and other hormone blockers is at a disadvantage against other athletes

This is why they're only banning those that not didn't go through male puberty. After the body fully forms as a male, the transitions times are much longer from what I've read.
My ex's cousin started the transition at 14, she's 19 now and you can see she did the transformation at the best time.
One solution I believe Is more viable is to end male and female competitions completely and have them by weight class.
This brings a lot of other issues but for now its seems like the most fair solution.
This is hilarious cause straight men will take the brunt of the backlash for this, when in reality, JK Rowling and TERFs are the biggest enemies of trans rights
This is entirely based on a misinformed stance taken regarding transgender people

Do you think Lea Thomas competing was fair?

thats their choice to those.
Trans women are at an advantage against cis women. Trans men are at a disadvantage against cis men.
Tough situation because how do you regulate this so its fair for everyone and everyone is happy?
I think there’s too many variables at play regarding fairness of competition.
How many years of HRT can offset the years without it?
It’s a touchy subject and often argued for the worst reasons but I think it’s the right decision.
Do you think Lea Thomas competing was fair?
Yes? Her times before and after transitioning were vastly different, and she won one single race
She isn’t even top ranked in the US as a woman. She’s ranked 46th amongst women in the US as of the 2021-2022 seasons
