he comes into the studio, says “make it dark and s***” to his white audio slaves then leaves. literally. sometimes he commits audio terrorism before exiting the studio. we have video proof of the latter and we know the former thanks to the credits. ye hasn’t made his own s*** either for years and don’t try to talk to me about “he a director” or “vision” or i might crash out

See that’s a major assumption. A composer is someone who can sit down with a producer, an engineer, and a songwriting team and develop a finished product

Antidote doesn’t get made into what it is without the raw concept Travis Scott created in his mind and shared with a producer/engineer/writer until it was where he pictured it in his mind. This is composing. There is talent in that. It’s why it’s literally got its own category in music
