We all know the real story….

BIG was about to come out as gay with Diddy but Diddy wasn’t ready so he had to snuff him out

This is me being young. Did people or general hip-hop population really f*** with Diddy despite the lingering rumor that Diddy killed Biggie?

    Diddy the original Kanye.

Tbh when you listen to what Gene Deal says about Puff’s behavior throughout the process of them going to LA and getting warnings to not come out there and Gene being ignored when he tried to tell them that its hard to believe Puff didn’t have some other s*** going on. Puff ignored a lot before BIG was killed

But it also doesn’t make sense to kill him when even if he does his own label, if he gets bigger it just makes your catalog with him worth more. BIG would have been huge next to Hov going into the 2000’s and that would have only reflected positively on Bad Boy unless Puff knew BIG was a wild card to talk down on Puff which seems unlike BIG

Don't forget Gene said they ran that red light right before the shooting too

pac and biggie s*** was due to the early boom period of the internet with niggas saying anything

its slowy dying like the "Every black successful person is in the illuminati

Internet had nothing to do with it whatsoever

that wasnt even the "using AOL discs as frisbees" era

  • SIGH

Suge one made more sense I think.

not really. Suge was in the car with Pac, why would he put his own life at risk?

    Diddy the original Kanye.

    mainstream success
    crossover records
First rapper to really mingle within the fashion industry and be at fashion shows (besides the Pac and versace thing)

Also, Biggie had one album out by the time of his death and was on a full fledged press run in promotion of his 2nd album.

His career was in its infancy. He was 24.
There really was nothing to be gained by Puff from killing off Biggie. The idea that he was going to be this larger than life figure in death was a concept that wasn't really a thing yet. Made way more sense to at least see this B.I.G. thing through.

Idk how niggas would believe this conspiracy over what really happened which was that suge spun on puff and bad boy.

I don't think Puff put the hit out to get biggie killed

But he orchestrated the chaos around the east coast/west coast beef and biggies death

Biggie was suppose to be in london instead of LA and Diddy basically forced him to do the LA press run (and diss pac on the radio)

Yeah but that's typical business s*** and him being a POS

you could argue that it was foolish for Biggie to be in LA at the time promoting LAD and Hypnotize, and I'm sure on some level Puff knew it was dangerous, hence him being tapped in with the crips,

but I don't think he was trying to line biggie up like that. He himself was a marked man too at the time and had protection.
