Also, at first I definitely thought Annie was an older sister and not a lover by how they were interacting. Of course until they started touching on each other and s***. Some people thought she was an elder of some sort until more was revealed, nothing wrong with that lol. Either way Wunmi Mosaku is absolutely gorgeous, I love when I see her in things.

The problem is the bias most ppl have seeing a bigger dark skinned black woman n immediately thinking she’s an older relative imo. If she was petite and light skinned niggas not saying she look like an auntie mom older sister

That’s one of the reasons her character is such a breath of fresh air to me.

Speaking of the Asian lady, when she threw the bottle, Remmick slapped it into the wall right? Which lit the wall on fire? How the f*** didn’t the juke joint burn down? I remember the building still being perfectly fine when the KKK showed up.

wouldve made the movie longer but seeing some of them break off and try to go to town THEN she yells come in wouldve made more sense for her character but i get she was scared s***less.

the timeline to sunrise is def one of those things where to me, it was a double edged sword for coogler to mention at all again after Annie mentions it that first time
