Is Confessions 2 cancelled?

Over the summer, B Cox said Usher doesn't want to name the album Confessions 2, but they're still continuing the story. Usher said it'll be out by the end of the year.

Here I Stand is the slow, adult, mature, "sexy" R&B album from him. Out of the 18 tracks, only 3 are fast songs. It's his slowest, but it's his best vocal performance so he balances it out
