then just get a sim card from bestbuy and get an ipad imei number online
then buy a (good) hotspot router. I copped mine for about $400 but its so worth it, you want one with good carrier aggregation
$30 a month for unlimited data, quite the finesse
no clue if u can do it outside of the US tho

if you have an older iphone you can jailbreak it and get unlimited tether data

Dec 22, 2019My 100 mpbs internet is 30/mo and my phone is 15/mo for 3gb. I hotspot my phone to near routers since everyone uses Xfinity if I'm not home.
