It's impossible for physicals to become like that unless they put a lot of restrictions on streaming like you can only listen to 100 songs/month or something. But that would just kill the industry
I have no idea. It’s not my job to think of these things.
All I know is that technology is always moving forward, innovation is always closer than we think, and the music industry specifically has always underwent massive changes decade after decade since its’ inception
