It took me a couple hours to really get into it but the gameplay loop becomes super addictive once you understand how everything works. If you’re on the go with your deck a lot it’s a great game to pick up and play in short spurts

this may sound really dumb but i wanna change the SD card i’m using since it’s only like 400 gb or something like that but how can i transfer all of that stuff onto a new one

Only way is to transfer all the stuff u have on it to an external SSD and then copy it to the new SD card or download all the stuff again on the new one
But why just not swap SD cards and use the 400 when u need it
I have a few 512gb sd cards that I use

personally i already have a good gaming pc (rtx 3080, 5900x) so steam-deck was mainly used during travel, stopped travelling really then sold mine

if i didnt have a gaming pc id have kept it

really want one for emulation, steam games, and non steam

Yeah you should be fine, I swapped SD cards so many times, don't even have to restart the deck after swapping

i dont regret it but i also much prefer the rog ally to the steamdeck. my steam deck just sits there now and maybe ill turn it on to update it. my rog ally goes everywhere with me and then i dock to the tv at home and keep playing.

i might never build a proper desktop pc again...i might just keep buying handheld pcs...

does anyone have a problem downloading updates ? i’ve always had problems like it just won’t apply them been like day since day one
