Again, I think Pac and Wayne are both elite rappers but impact/influence isn't AS important as ya'll are making it out to be.

Lil B and Gucci Mane technically have more "impact/influence" than most rappers in existence but that's not always the best way to measure peoples' legacies.

Pac is a better artist, but he is not a better rapper than Wayne. His music overall is better and he has an incredibly strong catalogue. But Wayne has better wordplay, flows and rhyme schemes.

Tupac was better at certain aspects of songwriting and articulating emotion and narrative and playing characters and such, but in the technical process of spitting a rap? In putting together syllables and flowing over beats? Wayne is one of the most organic and effortless rappers ever.

Pac's pen is better. Wayne got more voice inflections and flows, but also way more corny lines and trash songs. Pac is more consistently dope.
