most of the recipes from or based on maangchi except the jjm, soondobu (from koba in midtown east), and jokbal (friends mom)
cookies r the gochu caramel from https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1023675-gochujang-caramel-cookies with the base from https://www.typefoodie.com/post/honey-butter-cornbread-cookies
cookies are actually so good, with or without the gochu caramel. eric kim recipe says to swirl the gochu in but i just blobbed a lil on top each one after i rolled the cornbread cookie in the sugar./cornmeal i baked it until it looked flat.

The corn cheese ~10 min prepped ahead plus baking time
Potatoes probably 45 min to peel, boil, double fry and also make the candy coating
Chicken maybe 10min to spatchcock, 5 min to make the sauce ahead of time
25 min to bread then fry
Cookies maybe 25 min of mixing and measuring, rest for an hour,
10-15 to bake
I kinda did it throughout the day a lil at a time
Id estimate 2.5hrs total if i were to cook straight thru, the potatoes being most involved (but not that good for the effort) and the chicken needing a lot of active supervision while it cooked.
