cancelling current debt would be insane. it was looked at by corbyn in the UK and believed to be too hard to do.
do poor people in the US not get free school meals?
We do. All my schools have had free lunch for poor kids. Also had reduced prices for everyone else. Don’t even think you had to be poor truthfully
also stop the whataboutism.
we can invest in education and make public colleges tuition free lmao, its not one or the other.
nah fam lets build a SPACE FORCE
Like I said you live in some fantasy world
so if money doesn't fix homelessness, what does? will power?
"poor kids should get this"
no, everyone should.
you think working class people who do not attend college should be subsidising education for the richest?
Why are you being so weird just ignore my posts if u dont like em anymore lol
Because you’re saying dumb s*** and you know I’m not gonna sit by ideally and just let you get away with it. It’s not about “liking” or “disliking” your posts. Stop copping out.
nah fam lets build a SPACE FORCE
one small step for mankind, a huge step for losers
so if money doesn't fix homelessness, what does? will power?
So we just gonna build everyone a house?
Not help them get jobs and food to get them on their feet?
you think working class people who do not attend college should be subsidising education for the richest?
Republican ass talking point
1. Rich people send their kids to private schools.
2. You fund it with a progressive tax
3. Programs work better when they are universal
4. Right now rich people can send their kids to private elementary, middle, and high schools. Should we start charging tuition for those?
It's far worse than you think. Turn your back now. Not to get full of gravitas but just shun your eyes and love your friends and family. The worst is yet to come.
So we just gonna build everyone a house?
Not help them get jobs and food to get them on their feet?
hey i know this is difficult to comprehend
but we can literally do f***ing all of that this is not a choice between this that and the other

There is tuition in private schools tf
There is tuition in private schools tf
Yes, no s***. And no one wants to change that. (except people like me who want to eliminate private schools)
the point is if all the billionaires wanted to send their kids to public high schools they could. why don't they?

So it’s only the homeless who get homes? Who’s to say their homeless? Who’s gonna create all these houses and where? Who’s gonna find all these jobs?

these are not republican talking points lel. there are certain elements of means testing that need to be scrapped due to admin issues, but universal access to all is not the answer here.
1. i don't believe in private schools. you are trivialising your own argument here. you say education should be universal, but also say the rich should be able to pay for better education. this creates inequality.
2. the working class will still be paying tax to subsidise the rich.
3. not necessarily, but there are administrative costs that could result in universal being easier. this is not always the case though.
4. no, we shouldn't. i literally said more investment is needed in that area. read my posts.

For many obvious reasons.
''are we gonna get homeless people homes''
''yeah''
''how come homeless people can get homes''
