he has MS which is a slow death sentence, but im not talking about that im just saying he has a very unique sound that doesnt hit anymore like it used to, thats just my opinion tho, like i was a little disappointed with his work on CLB

That would get so played out, Drake needs to keep taking risks in new producers he finds like Tay Keith or Oz

It ain't happening. Drake don't care about making quality albums anymore. Let's just enjoy the compilations of random songs with no direction for what they are.

  • Sep 4, 2021

    This ain’t it.

Drake needs fresh production. 40 underwater sound played out a little. Still amazing, but a little stale. We know what we’re getting with those tracks

    Need new sounds.

CLB is a lot more cohesive and artistic than I ever thought it’d be. Yes it has elements of generic rap here and there but moments like Poetry, N 2 Deep, Yebba’s Heartbreak, 7am, Remorse are major highlights that paint a different picture. The structures may be familiar but sonically, the album blends very impressively together.

That's the exact problem with his albums for the past 5 years though. Some major highlights mixed with a bunch of filler. He needs to shorten his albums because he clearly can't keep up the quality in a 20+ song project. It's hard for anyone to and it's really unnecessary for him to.
