Yes but it doesn't change how much he has. If i gave you a house worth $100k, you now have $100k in an asset which you can either sell rn, have accumulate value or even possibly lose value.

I personally thought that the chemo point was one of the weakest ones in the slideshow. Shows more how there's still so much more work to do in cancer research rather than cancer treatment and shows how ridiculous health care cost can be
