He changed his username to goodbye and hasn't been active since
He may have burned out... (mentioned stress, troubled sleeping schedules etc.)

All we can do is pray for the best and hope he returns in good form

Have you noticed the Chinese writing on the PD cover art?

It says "pacific daydream" and "Weezer" in red at the bottom.
Well, turns out the nod to Chinese culture was deliberate as the original title for Weezer's 11th studio album was : somebody's daydream

Somebody's daydream is a reference to Chinese philosophy.
In fact, Zhuangzi (the philosopher) wrote a story about a man who had a dream so vivid of a butterfly he was unsure if he was a man dreaming of a butterfly or a butterfly dreaming of a man.

Weezer member Patrick Wilson suggested the title we know of today : pacific daydream.
