More west African, Latin collabs (make some Amapiano, Brazilian funk music). Also, he needs to work more in Asia (drake’s mentioned going to India).
In short, keep expanding! CLB was so safe it makes me want to throw up 🤢🤮
I’d love one short album from Drake (10-14 tracks) just to see what he could do. He’s well aware that short projects are received better but he’d rather get more streams with the extra songs
i want drake to try something new. work with different producers like gessefelstein dev hynes (blood orange) toro y moi and yves tumor
i would like to know how he would sound on completely different sonics
and i dont want 40 to be associated with the project at all he part of the problem
to take out that line on "lord knows" about going through a girl's purse to check her phone
This is literally all I want
UK drizzy? You know what I did like a few of those freestyles but the accent I'm not messing w/. And can one of you CLB in the username tell me wtf Woiyoi means.
He’s given the music I’ve needed/wanted
Same here, the amount of times I've spun NWTS and Views alone shows that. I'm talking about going forward and what you happen to enjoy most from his existing discog
I'd love a rap album with tracks like no tellin, gold roses, 10 bands, digital dash, havin our way, with producers like 1da, cardo, 40, vinylz, oz, etc
For him to make an album full of music that he actually wants to make and not cater to portions of his fanbase like he's trying to corner a market
Entire album of him rapping over soul beats
I would love an ep/or atleast a project with max 10 tracks of that too. I think we would've got that feel if he would've produced a Drake project or if we ever get a Ross and Drake project
I want CLB minus the obvious play for singles
10 Drake records where he’s like gassing on the rap records
Going deep into his R&B melody back for 8 to 10 songs and we’re done
No Way 2 sexy, no girls want girls, no knife talk, no in my feelings,
I can tell you what I don’t want
A short ass “concise” album lol
You know what I think it would work, think about the 2013-2016 stretch. I felt this was his best management of his career. With the loosies we got, NWTS prior to, eventually IYRTITL. I would love that constant anticipation and angst he had us going through at that time. The long lead up had the hype too high for CLB which skewed it's perception. Awesome album but not the epic project I expected from the title, build up etc. That Elliot interview, toosie slide video, the trailer, the LNCL video all had a grandiose feel and CLB didn't match that to me
literally just songs like champagne poetry and you only live twice on a 10-12 track record would silence people imo
songs like n 2 deep to balance it but still have that hip hop hip hop feel. not really in love with pipe down like the rest of y’all. singing on there boring but i love the beat
no friends in the industry beat so fire but he played it so safe.
i don’t even need him to experiment. his flow and cadence will always be top in the game but man i wish songs like NFITT just felt tougher
i just want him to sound hungry again man. he plays it too safe every album. the past couple of drake albums I like a couple songs and forget about the bulk of the project in a month.
