Cause we tired of hearing about them everytime Yeezus is mentioned
more so kanye stans won’t admit that he bit death grips, so they act like they don’t exist

Kanye was a wave rider in this era but let me be quiet
Completely left field from his other works, brash, electronic and grand. I’d even argue this had a lot of influence on Bon Iver’s 22, A Million.
This big fish theory before big fish theory to me
Real. Big Boi was making rock music with screwed vocals on Speakerboxxx. People don't give him the credit he deserves
He produced this. Pushing boundaries
The reddit tier Radiohead albums are in rainbows and okc, kid a scares them
How is kid a scaring anyone who likes in rainbows lmao
How is kid a scaring anyone who likes in rainbows lmao
When's the last time you heard kid a lmao
Even the title track alone, plus I seen people with 100s of upvotes saying the first song is the mumble rap of rock lmao
Don't get them started on tkol
LMAO realizing he was not just a silly little man in blouses was some real eye opening s***!
yeah only prince song i knew was a single he had in the 00’s they played on mtv where in the video there was a kid playing records and i knew he was a big artist didn’t know he was an all time great musician and creative genius

Its like one or two “scary” songs on kid a the rest are perfectly palatable lol
I get kid a was super transgressive at the time but considering in rainbows has plenty electronic influence in its sound (but with better songs) its kind of pretentious to imply its like the pleb radiohead album

I mean, it is the most pleb Radiohead album lol. I always tell people to just start with that over anything else, didn't mu declare it too pleb to be mucore over kid a? Idk that was a long time ago now
Know multiple people who don't like kid a, but everyone loves in rainbows
And are the two songs you're referring to ideoteque and kid a? Not sure how you only find 2 not palatable to most people tbh

I don’t hear it but even though he did bite them he made the sound more accessible. Death grips just ain’t easy to listen to

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dA-aGAX21sOutkast and Q-tip were ahead of their time. They were rappers who were fusing genres before anyone else

Fair play w in rainbows being the most liked radiohead album, but imo that has less to do w kid a being too much to digest production wise and more w in rainbow having more appealing songwriting
And the only two songs i could see scaring ppl who alrdy like in rainbows on kid a are the title track and national anthem

I don't think anything on in rainbows is grating
And if I'm making it seem like I'm a hater I'm not Radiohead my number 1 of all time lol
For kid a I think everything in its right place, kid a, national anthem, tree fingers, and ideoteque can be very unappealing to someone whos into like pink Floyd or Coldplay or whatever
I do know tree fingers is the most streamed but a lot of people hate s*** like that in the middle of an album lol
How
People literally based their personality off of liking this album.
Same as cultural impact as Yeezus
this album is nothing like yeezus

Surprised no one said the obvious
Cause of the red square on the cover lmao?
