OrangutanI use apple music for the better audio quality, ecosystem integration, and iCloud library. I've used Spotify, Apple Music and Tidal all for extended periods of time and Apple Music was kind of just objectively the best. I get if you like the spotify UI better or if you discover your music through playlists, but other than that, youre paying the same amount for an inferior product. it aint that deep to 95% of folks tho
I only use apple music for the iCloud library. I know Spotify added it somewhat recently, but even if it was just as good I've been building my music library in itunes since 2009 lol I'm not switching

the glory days of itunes with editing ur files and uploading pristine copies of stuff that will never exist on the others (unless apple music's phoney service stopped matching ur s*** to wrong stuff) and all the joys of unlimited youtube uploads of leaks, rarities and mixes......

youtube vids blend in as seamless as ur other tunestheir 'music locker' for personal uploads is kind of lame and disconnected from the rest of yr library but you can still make playlists queues for yrself with everything else. it also never tries to 'match' those uploads with anything as far as i've seen

it was always youtube or any mix of blogspots/torrents/soulseek/atrilli! straight to the hard drive and thru the cable until google play music had the locker then i just went from there
