Your job sounds awesome lol
jail riot was nowhere near as exciting as the wording sounds
i went there and got told i have to leave by cops so really just got video of a bunch of cop cars and ambulances and some clips of cops yelling at each other/me
but yeah its the best s***. the pay is very very bad though lol but it's much better than a desk job (for me at least)
edit: there are downsides too -- it's stressful af at times, and I mostly report solo since we don't have a big crew. That means lugging a massive camera, tripod and other s*** everywhere and setting it up on your own every time while some person has to wait to get interviewed. all worth it imo though, you just gotta be sure it's for you if you're thinking of going into it
I’m a contractor for gas and electric utilities. Right now I’m working from home running programs on devices called ERT’s, it’s nice
Got a promotion, now I’m field manager for Minnesota energy & Michigan gas utilities ami & mitigation project. Big boy raise big boy responsibilities but it’s real nice
I work at a warehouse. Despite what people say about warehouse jobs this place is actually pretty nice. Though that's probably because it's a "smaller" local company. We still do millions of dollars in sales, but it's nowhere near an Amazon, Fedex or UPS, which I could definitely see being pretty terrible work environments as far as warehouses go.
At my place they order lunch for everyone on Fridays, have zero problems with people needing time off or having to leave early, I get almost an hour of break time every day, you're free to step out and take phone calls, I get to have my headphones in all day, no one is watching over my shoulder, and overall they really do make an effort to make sure everyone is happy, informed and has everything they need.
They give money for plasma.
Just think of alcoholics and the like that are just giving it just so they can get their next bottle.
Jah feel
Did your patients ever give you wild stories?
