    usually just distract myself with my phone but if im really stressed or anxious i pace around a lot until i can get down to a level where i can use my phone. the bad part is that it feeds into my phone addiction

    negative thoughts i sit with them until i can make myself laugh which makes them pass. a good meal will do the trick too but i dont abuse that
