I think a better showing would be if he sold out The Citi Field baseball stadium 2 nights that would be 80,000 ticket sales (Bey did that) ..that would be a better gauge to see if he could do a leg of stadium tours.

I’ve already admitted that Drake could probably do a few scattered stadium dates 5-7 for a North American leg in states like NYC, Toronto, Cali and ATL, however I don’t think he’s shown the ability and have the constant dam and to go on a 20+ state run in every major city the way Taylor and Beyonce can and sell out stadiums multiple nights in a single city to drive his grossings up to 150+ million. that’s not me hating but simply being objective!

it's a matter of having a dedicated fanbase as opposed to being popular with the general public. just because lots of people will listen to your song doesn't mean they'll fork over money to go a concert. look at katy perry as opposed to taylor swift. katy doesn't have much of a personality or style that allows for her to get a dedicated fanbase. as opposed to taylor, who has a style to her music and a personality. you gotta have something that'll draw people to you.
