Agreed. As much as we talk about preserving the 'culture' it's apparent as you're putting that hip hop is ending. Really curious about what's next.

Ok, that's a new approach to listening to the album, I'll peep it for that reason.
Rap genre and all genres grow like a tree
The different sounds expand out some further than others
So while I do agree with mainly Tik Tok/Streaming Era because Tik tok is the major platform and a particular array of rap music is associated with it while streaming is just the main vessel we use to get our music…..
There is still a very different rap climate below the surface of it all. If you go further down the iceberg things get weirder and more interesting and I think that there’s a fair amount of underground artists who make that music like Neo-dust that gets heavy influence from the 90’s and 00’s yet still has its own flair. Or Detroit rap which was lowkey growing out its own branch from trap for most of the 2010’s and just started getting the attention it deserves.
