serenadeabel's rollout has been weird as f***. bad single choices for all three songs. the laziest 80s throwback of all time followed by two songs where abel is barely a presence on them. feels like the rollout for a pre-album mixtape, not the final weeknd album ever lol.
I hate the single choice too, lol. I just keep telling myself it’ll all be okay when the album comes

My best guess is he doesn’t want to drop and have it flop, and he keeps waiting for one of his singles to take hold, but I think he needs to accept that the singles might just not work, and he still has enough clout that people WILL listen if he drops the entire project; as such he should just cut the crap and drop it.
I feel like most people I know who like hip hop would absolutely tune in for a Rocky album, but would skip a Rocky single.

the real reason is that he forgot to record lpfjp3 and postponed the album to create it thanks to my posts reminding on this site that it will be pretty cool if he did as part of his return
