i mean when this s*** first started poppin off i did not expect it to get this bad and it just keeps surprising me. now im hearing people saying it may have a permanent impact on the way we interact. im hearing s*** about classes never going back to normal.

what if this s*** just keeps getting worse? could it really be over?

if it is, i gotta say it was fun while it lasted 😳

Working/going to school remotely is going to become a lot more normalized and that’s a good thing

2020 has been the release of Life 2 and we all know that sequels are rarely better than the original. Maybe god will patch this s*** soon or maybe you gotta be rich and pay for DLC to get a playable game. Who knows at this point

Work/class from home doesn’t have to be an everyday thing. You can do it 2/3 days a week. And even if you do want to do it every day you don’t have to stay in your house

You could post up at a coffee shop, library, you could even hop from state to state, country to county and work from a hotel

Will essential workers be compensated for not being able to work from home and having to be out in this s***?

Global pandemics are going to become a whole lot more common. People even in developing countries are flying around the world, so diseases spread more easily, and antibiotic resistant bacterial diseases are already common. People getting put into more crowded spaces, have more income meaning more livestock for meat/dairy, which is another vector of disease.

    This is just the beginning

Nothing is ever going to go back to normal. This is a watershed moment for humanity. Normal doesn’t exist anymore. Get with it and adapt or get left behind.

  • It could be over for some of us but mankind is too strong for this kind of stuff. I mean think of all the stuff that happened in history

It is very surreal for sure, this is my first black swan event and I just want things to go back. But if it doesn't, then there will be a way to survive

People really can’t handle 2-3 weeks without constant social interaction? It’s not like you don’t have internet and you can still leave the house if you really want to.

society will change in little ways, breathing masks will become more common in the west, maybe handshakes will be replaced and working from home will be more accepted
but majority of stuff will go back to normal once the vaccine comes out
