    Nah. Neoliberals definitely not progressive socially. They don’t believe in the notion of a society. Just individuals and families acting out through self-interests which has the aggregate effect of benefitting the entire society as a byproduct.

    I’m not expert though.

    Means many things, its both a political and economic philosophy. The gist of it is viewing humans as nothing more than entities in the economy and viewing all their interactions through that lens, and pushing for government bodies to have as little involvement in the economy as possible.
