oh nah, the stars def aligned but Charli herself has spoken at length on just how meticulous and aggressive the BRAT campaign has been. it was designed by her and then carried out by her and the label. she even shared notes and plans, and even images from her "manifesto" for it. took a lot to get that album where it's at.

What does it mean for someone or something to insist upon itself
I think it’s cart before the horse type of situation hence it not making sense for most people. Something can insist upon itself for sure but I fell like it’s only a small number of things and not as universal as we make it out to be. For example Oscar bait movies probably do that
