I thought CRNA is a master's degree. Can't you apply for the CRNA program if you've already had critical care experience by the time you acquire your master's?

You can get a masters for CRNA now but starting in 2022 the only way to get a CRNA degree is gonna be from a doctorate program

Doctorate is gonna be 3 years to complete vs the 2 years for the masters now

100k has always been my goal

  • Feb 10, 2020

In my area you need to make at least 80k to afford a decent car and a one bedroom apartment. Probably need 100k+ to have a very comfortable lifestyle.

Yea you can. It’s called a doctorate but it’s not like an official tissue PhD type thing

You don’t need a masters or anything before going to the program. It’ll be 3 years so the first year will be straight classes and then 2 years clinical.

70k is the goal in my 20s, hopefully 100k by my 30s, then anything after that I’d be through the moon.

Realistically I’m aiming for a low 6 figures with a bonus and stock options.

Ideally I’d be making half a million or more at a FAANG

prolly wont be half a mill in salary. your tc might approach 500k but thatll be between a 200k salary, stocks vested over x years and bonuses

I once read, that there is a limit where more money actually doesnt satisfy you any longer.

Prob wgen u have so much u dont kno wut 2 spend it on or u have everything u want so u lose alot of motivation

100k would be so nice. Nothing more bc I don’t want that position in life. If ever found myself making 1 million+ I’d feel I have social responsibilities (Bc that’s reasonable) and I think that kinda money could get messy
