Title. I just effectively got torn a new one by people on Yandhi leaks because I said I didn’t want him ruining Donda. Do you guys stan him as much as those guys do? I know a lot of yall love Yeezus and I get that but I feel like we’ve been given a huge tracklist of potentially cool tunes we might lose if Rick takes them off. What do you all think? Let’s see if you are all more reasonable lol
I dont stan him.
He contributed positively to the best album that Kanye has ever made. Yeezus is a masterpiece because of the length too. If that had more than 1h the album wouldn't be the same.
And I trust Kanye. Rubin will only make suggestions to make the album better. Kanye will do them if he agrees.
In Ye we trust.

"Let’s see if you are all more reasonable lol".
People are allowed to disagree with you, man.
Regardless how you feel about the "loudness war" he was behind a lot of quality music. Licensed to Ill was the first album that got me into rap. It's clean as hell compared to other stuff that was coming out in that period, A seamless blend of pop, rock, punk and rap.

Lmao & ppl don’t even understand Rick Rubin CREATED simple bass lines & drum beats.
After T La Rock dropped It’s Yours in 1984 (which was produced by Rick Rubin), that’s what ALL the hip hop cats wanted To sound like. Not to mention Rick produced RUN DMC & LL’s albums as well. These kids just don’t know
One of the most important figures in music history and essential to the success of some legendary albums. With that being said he’s definitely had misses before and some albums are worse because of his involvement.
From what I know he’s had a hand in every Kanye album since Yeezus so I don’t think it really means anything about the direction of the album

Rick Ruben is regarded as a GOAT executive producer any many different forums.
His body of work ranges across multiple genres.
You can have your opinion, but I think his achievements and reputation in and around the industry speak volumes
I think anybody who says they don't like rick rubin doesn't realize the extent of his career people don't know him for his work with kanye. He's one of the most talented people in the industry across every genre
