He contributed positively to the best album that Kanye has ever made. Yeezus is a masterpiece because of the length too. If that had more than 1h the album wouldn't be the same.

And I trust Kanye. Rubin will only make suggestions to make the album better. Kanye will do them if he agrees.

Regardless how you feel about the "loudness war" he was behind a lot of quality music. Licensed to Ill was the first album that got me into rap. It's clean as hell compared to other stuff that was coming out in that period, A seamless blend of pop, rock, punk and rap.

One of the most important figures in music history and essential to the success of some legendary albums. With that being said he’s definitely had misses before and some albums are worse because of his involvement.
