I've done 10+ hours for consecutive days but I haven't thought of a 72 hour stretch
I can imagine this can't be a dry fast so how do you pace yourself, water-wise

ya def not dry. I drink 3L water a day each with ½tsp "lite salt" in it which is a combo of sodium/potassium and I take a magnesium tablet too to supplement the electrolytes I would otherwise get from food. also got one of them Mio drink flavorings and put a squirt of that in coz drinkin mildly salty water just bleh.
i rly enjoy the willfull denial aspect for mental and spiritual health. then there's the physical health ofc that goes beyond just fat lass, there cellular autophagy, reduced inflammation, increased immune response, improved insulin sensitibity, increased growth hormone, etc.

TLDR: wait 20-30 mins after eating or drinking anything that isn’t water, before brushing your teeth (and also wait 20-30 mins after brushing before eating /drinking again)
I think NOT brushing your teeth immediately after puking is kinda common knowledge (rinse w baking soda in water n pinch of salt and wait 20 mins from rinsing to brush) but I think the rest is much less known

Self reflect as constantly as possible
Learn to self reflect without s***ting on yourself
Make a list of task you must complete every single day
Do not let yourself put off on a task on your list for more than 3 days
Either at that point decide you aren’t gonna do it or make yourself do it

ya although I rly dont f*** w black coffee (god I love some creamer in that s*** so f***in much) so I usually just have 2 cups tea one in the morning and one around noon

74hr. I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I did one two weeks ago and am doing another right now. They just had such an impact on me that I think everyone should at least try for the one time and hit the 72hr mark before breaking it
I feel like I would either pass out or have rolling panic attacks
