Do some type of workout or something to burn energy in the day. By the time I get home I'm usually burnt the hell out and just pass out. I used to have the hardest time sleeping and it's still hard for me to get more than 6 hours of sleep but at least now I can sleep before midnight reliably.

yeah i’ve noticed more once i started doing it
but also the reason i started doing it was insomnia from quitting weed so i think i just wasn’t dreaming before lol

dont drink herbal tea less than 6 hours before sleeping theres caffeine in it (or at least green tea, even when they say decaf lol i found out the hard way), take the pillow from underneath ur head and lie flat on ur back with a pillow underneath ur knees. i find that position a lot more comfortable and its better for ur spine. Lastly, slow down ur breathing, make it deep breathes (in and out thru nose) while u lay completely still. You’ll get tired and fall asleep before u know it
