    Tired of laying in bed for hours with no results getting pissed off, its so frustrating not being able to get some rest even though I'm tired as hell. Any insomniacs with some pro tips on here?

    also try not to use your phone or watch tv 30 mins before bed

    Do some type of workout or something to burn energy in the day. By the time I get home I'm usually burnt the hell out and just pass out. I used to have the hardest time sleeping and it's still hard for me to get more than 6 hours of sleep but at least now I can sleep before midnight reliably.

    yeah i’ve noticed more once i started doing it

    but also the reason i started doing it was insomnia from quitting weed so i think i just wasn’t dreaming before lol

    dont drink herbal tea less than 6 hours before sleeping theres caffeine in it (or at least green tea, even when they say decaf lol i found out the hard way), take the pillow from underneath ur head and lie flat on ur back with a pillow underneath ur knees. i find that position a lot more comfortable and its better for ur spine. Lastly, slow down ur breathing, make it deep breathes (in and out thru nose) while u lay completely still. You’ll get tired and fall asleep before u know it
