lmaooo bro stop. I've done more research than anyone itt probably has besides others that were in my situation. Stop asking stupid questions and bringing up inaccurate talking points.
Killing a pregnant women =/= being charged with double homicide, Killing a pregnant women that is less than 9 weeks pregnant isn't counted as a double homicide unless the intention was to kill the embryo. And thats what the law is in 31 states, certain cases obviously set certain precedents which is why using the law to justify what is and isn't morally correct is ridiculous and overtly ignorant.
