I try to be confident and put my best foot forward but in like all social situations my brain screams things like “they hate you” “you’re pathetic” “you’re not good enough” etc.

when u notice yourself speaking to you like that record a voice note of what u would say to a good friend or family member in the same situation as you and play it back. do that every time u notice it. in a few months you'll break the toxic habit of putting urself down
