you’re extremely wrong my friend
no other albums best represent the decade if we're being honest
best album of the decade is really a mixtape cause it's Signed to the Streets aka the greatest project of all time

yeezus is better than both regardless of what it represents
no album with french montana or jacquees will be an AOTY let alone AOTD
Not if it’s a Ye album. He has a tendency of squeezing the best outta even the lamest artist for exactly and specifically what he wants to use them for.
That’s why he’s the greatest.
yeezus is better than both regardless of what it represents
yeezus not even top 5 ye cmon
yeezus not even top 5 ye cmon
his best album followed by LR MBDTF CD and Graduation in that order
Not denying it!
Think back to when Good Music and Ye opened up at the BET Awards 2012
When Ye Kim Bey & Jay sat front row
That era
i personally only really fux with half of cruel summer, but it helped kanye in "the streets" immensely its crazy when u think about it
yeezus def my fav out of them all tho
his best album followed by LR MBDTF CD and Graduation in that order
1. 808s
2. CD
3. MBDTF
4. Graduation
5. LR
6. TLOP
7. Yeezus
After WTT
Ye got creative and pushed the envelope, taking his music, performance and art to a level never seen before, at least by his standards. Meanwhile Hov was still stuck in 2011, as he tried to make an evolved solo version of WTT.
Says it all really.
WTT did more for Hov than it did for Ye. Hov really needed that album, he was on a bad run.
All dis fax!
MCHG is just a cheap watered down attempt of WTT
He can’t do that high society/artsy luxury rap s*** without Ye, and MCHG only proves it.
4:44 is his 3rd best album, he needs to stick to that introspective storytelling s***
nothing this decade is as ambitious, as mind bending, as controversial, as meticulously thought out as Yeezus

Oh deflee
Cruel Summer is half filler. Ye only makes mid when he spreads himself thin when he tries to look out for everyone, rather than doing what’s best for himself.
It’s partially what he means when he said he wants to learn like Hov how to “move in a room full of vultures”

Hov was not on a bad run
BP3 was mid but American gangster

Hit the nail on the head. It took me awhile to figure this out. Ye was the true father of that 2010/11 luxury rap trend.
All the highlights of WTT can directly be attributed to Ye far more than Hov. The all black, the Givenchy artwork, the tour and stage design, the bangers etc are all Ye. WTT feels more Kanye than it does Hov and this can't be denied. It's like a Hov album directed by Ye.

American Gangster #1 HOV album

I felt like Hov was drying up. I like AG, but the second half of the 2000s were a weird era for him. It wasn't the same Hov. I think WTT helped him stay afloat during the 2010s in a big way.

I mean it’s a well known fact that Kanye introduced Jay and Bey to all the high art s*** that they and they stans pretend they been had in them.
It’s why true artists, composers and curators respect Ye so much even if they don’t fw him that much as of lately. They know lol
American Gangster #1 HOV album
#4
4:44 bumped it down just one notch imo
TBA > TB2 > 4:44 > AG
there’s simply no other possible album other than Blonde or MBDTF
Blonde or Yeezus don’t deserve to be mentioned alongside MBDTF. Closer to TLOP than to MBDTF
im c/o 2015 and 23. How are you c/o 14 and the same age ?
Class of 2015 out here DS2 summer
The way people be swallowing Yeezus lowkey makes me sick. How can you listen to Graduation then to Yeezus and be like YEP! THIS IS ANOTHER ECHELON THAN THIS OMGGGG then turn around and listen to Late Registration then Yeezus and say the same thing. You won’t. Stop the cap

cause ppl have different taste in music.

What aspects of Yeezus have not been done as good or better in Ye’s discography? I’m not saying Yeezus is trash just that people be lying to themselves saying it’s the best album he’s dropped. It’s objectively not. You can enjoy it more than other albums but to say the music is better is false

well for one Yeezus is a full on industrial rap album so I take it the abrasive and sudden beat switches is definitely more appealing then Ye's other albums. Also it's more of an amped up album. Aint nobody working out to TCD,LR, or Grad and I love all those albums.
