It's stuff like this why a lot of justifications for buying reps ring hollow

Why not just buy cool shoes you can actually afford? More power to you for pulling off reps, but personally, about half the joy I get from shoe purchases is from the exclusivity of what I bought OR in the amount of money I've saved in a sale. Mind you I'm a cheap ass, and will annoy my gf with how long I browse online to find deals on stuff. Buying reps just seems like playing video games with the cheat codes on.

Both of you need to read on personal finance and how to manage money.
You never amount any net worth living like that. Saving money to buy a pair of shoes that are overpriced almost 10x due to resale, is very irresponsible.
I assume both of you are in your early 20’s or late teens. The sooner you guys learn about how to manage money, the better your future will be.
