This thread kind popped! Lots of good contributions so far. Also starting to get into magazines. Reading some old hypebeast issues and system magazine so far. I have a list of like 10-20 fashion magazines recommended to me but I figured I'd start with those two first and try to exhaust their print issues before moving onto other mags.
y'all got any magazine recommendations?
Purple, her, him, and the fashion sections in office are pretty good too
Think about this all the time, need help with it too
@Anna let em know what you got
@Rad_ed @demeulemeester @theodore214
i like print
Document Journal, PURPLE, and Self Service - for styling, interviews, and general who's who of the fashion industry right now
A Magazine curated by - each issue is curated by a different designer eg., MMM, Yohji, Iris Van Herpen
1granary - for keeping up with upcoming designers - this goes for their website too
You gotta let dude know where you're browsing tho, internet huge
That's true, i dont ever have a single source where i get my info from.
I usually like to go on ssense or farfetch and look up designers that make really cool garments. I'll go onto their social medias and see other users who admire their work, there's a lot of valuable information through those users. Whether they be followers or ppl that interact in the comment section.

demeulemeester's old posts taught me so much about all this, no cap
Some people on high fashion talk are walking living memes
90% of posts there so cringe

Saw that post too lmfao...I honestly just use the search feature more than browse all the new posts. If I'm interested in Helmut Lang I'll just look his name up on there and see all the relevant posts looking for related IG accounts, editorials, etc.
celebrityvice
What happened to their IG? I tried following them like a month ago but still haven't been accepted, I figured they're no longer active. Anyways, what could you find on their account? Did they stick to a certain niche or was it very general?

the latest is @whoiscelebrityvice
i personally just like his insights on stuff. he also does a great job of adding context into the things that were/ are worn and why. the majority of his posts are fit pics, but he also throws in music opinions and world views.
