But one thing that anyone who was paying attention to the conversations being had after the astrofest tragedy should agree with, is that we fully expected him to drop another polished, tour album with silly fun songs in order to protect his brand

He did not do that

That’s not to say this album doesn’t have those, but they are not at the forefront of the album and weren’t made to be essential to the album

the stars were aligned for him to surpass astroworld if the tragedy never happened

You say “hiding behind” as if executing an expansive album isn’t a skill in its’ own right.
