Andre made those Kast albums.... André could've never met Big boi and it would be the same result. C3 aint even better than Stankonia.... Wayne doesnt body anyone like Andre can....

Wayne literally gets out rapped whenever someone equal to him gets on a song....

HOV isn't even close to Andre... as a rapper... just my opinion though.....

Kanye literally outrapped him like 4 times during that 4 year peak...

I’ve had this argument years ago about prime Wayne vs 3K. The thing is Wayne could rap and keep up with all the technical s*** 3K does easily lol. Wayne in his prime was rarely really rapping fast or doing technical s*** like that but he’s always had that talent because we’ve heard it in glimpses of his mixtapes. Now that’s all he does but it really doesn’t matter now. And Kanye never has outrapped Wayne. Wayne has the best verse on swagga like us and it isn’t even a debate. Kanye himself has said countless times that Wayne is not Finna kill him on a song how he does these others rappers and has admitted Wayne is a better rapper than him. I’m not even diving into the Em 09 ish s*** because I don’t really give anyone the verse on that song tbh. It was just a all around cool song for both of them. 2009 tho Wayne deadass was still the best rapper alive and was still better than Em judging off No Ceilings and he he still had a crazy feature run that year to all while creating Young Money.

Only rappers I see that has rapped better than Wayne are

And the only person who’s close to him now is the nigga he brung into this game and that’s Drizzy

Goodness gracious...the standards ya'll hold Kendrick too is insane. Kendrick ain't in my top 5 personally but he's def qualifies as a top 10 rapper.

Lyricism? Check. Flow? Check. Longevity? Check. Sales? Check. Discography? Triple check.

If Kendrick drops another quality album, you can't even deny he's top 10 or even top 5 anymore regardless if he's your fave or not.

And Kendrick uses no writers and won tons of Grammy's. C'mon fam.

Dude why you keep naming two of the most overrated "rappers" ever.... Biggie has one of cleanest flows same with HOV but theyre more album artists..... pac was even a better writer than both of them

Matter of opinion I guess, but Big never did anything where I personally was like "I've never heard something like that" with his verses/lyrics.... besides like The What with Meth... meanwhile kendrick, andré, em, & even wayne creatively have done some f*** s*** on songs.... Big was really cold with how he made songs.. but i don’t know

I’m not even trying to play it safe and choose those artist because that’s what alotta niggas do but that’s like peak lyricism. Like sounding the best delivery wise while having a clean ass flow and saying some s***. The best rapper right now (Drake) even mimicks how HOV raps on all his 4min pure rapping tracks. And I agree on the Pac statement. Pac had better mic presence than them too.

I named them 2 because there legit is no other rapper that’s technical and crazy on the mic who has Wayne beat. There just isn’t. I know damn well prime 3K is not better than Wayne. Wayne has to many styles and flows he can’t tap into. He could do the spazz lyrical technical s*** that 3K is known for just as good as him if you put him in that mode.

I think drake def found his pocket after IYRTITL as a "rapper" even though his music isn't as good

Andre quit..... you smoking dic if you think big boi had any artistic influence besides those basic ass trap-southern songs on Aquemini/ATL/Stank.... andre even dipped off those joints at the time cause he did it already... andre got bored and was into other things when he was making the love below.... Andre quit. Listen to the songs big makes alone or the tracks he has alone on stank or aquemini..... that's all André vision. aquemini could come out without any big verses and it'd still be a 10.... and better than every wayne album

rapping isn't about the albums though so....

Fair point on the Kanye writers thing.... if that's proven on those songs specifically.... wayne got out-rapped in early 2009 (his prime) by a washed recovery-ish era Em too.....
and nobody would argue anyone else on that song cause they weren't in their primes.... or aren't considered
