I think Ye is capable of more creative rollouts than just doing and saying outrageous s*** (although I don’t believe much of it is on purpose. I remember hearing that people close to him said he has to be off his meds in order to create good music, and I think the f***ery is a by product of that)

ye is always a mix of amazing and insane stuff and absolute shambles but it definitely is entertaining, eventful and very unpredictable which always makes it unique

the idea of listening parties in a stadium is genius

but with most things Kanye has been doing in the last years, it wasn't executed very well

He has great ideas, but doesn't really work on them

He probably decided to make the listening party 5 or 4 days before the event

If it was done by any other major artist, it would be announced weeks in advanced, the event would have been a true performance with lights, dancers, visuals and mostly important: finished music. Then, right after, the album would be out in all streaming services.
