I'd say it's on the same level as Jay's, both got fantastic albums but lots of forgettable/mid too
Common's highs were high but he took whole albums off, in the prime of his career.
Jay was.more.consistent. Less daring but more consistent.

True, but based off whatever parameters we’re judging discogs by, he has maybe 1 miss (his latest) with several actual underground classics. Just my opinion, but yes I agree: pretty much just his beat selection changes
