2pac wasnt politically active. Nipsey was everything Tupac wanted to be. But to answer the question it's killer mike. Hes probably the most politically active rapper ever
no such thing, we been waiting for the next pac for decades.
He's like MJ
But at least after MJ we got Kobe 😢
The Weeknd
Donated 500k
Speaking out against labels/the industry
Promoting the public to do the same
Kendrick or Cole could be it but choose to move silently for whatever reason
And I respect that. That’s needed. But we also need someone else that has a different approach
They our MLK in a way? We need our Malcolm

Please read my OP on what I’m saying because I mentioned The Weeknd.
I’m talking about vocally. When I say vocally I don’t mean online. I mean in person where your literal voice is being heard
What The Weeknd is doing is amazing. But I’m referring to that in person presence that is letting people feel and strive off the energy. Talking to the news outlets making demands. Interviews. Rallying up protest. Etc.
Now I’m not sure if Pac even did all of this. But we all know Pac was a vocal leader in his time

Pac was for the people period. And Nip was gone too soon unfortunately.
I think this is what T.I WANTS to be...but yeah idk about all that
So yeah maybe the answer like you said is Killer Mike
And I respect that. That’s needed. But we also need someone else that has a different approach

i feel like a rapper on that magnitude that spoke vocally would get killed tho.
i.e. pac, nip, or any other black leader through out history

Yup that came to mind too, and I wonder if that really is what holds others back
cont...
i think that is preventing a lot of black people with power to be more vocal and lead. the fear of being murdered.
we need a leader
the movement is the leader
stop looking for a superman
be the leader you wanna see
Pac, Ali, Marley, MLK etc...those guys are special. Never to be duplicated
most of them are dead
the movement is the leader
stop looking for a superman
be the leader you wanna see
Bro deadass if I was a famous rapper I would take that approach
I’m not saying you have to be famous to lead, just speaking in regards to this specific topic
