It was months, fam.
He died on Halloween and his family didn't announce it until New Years Eve
Crazy man
Especially when his s*** was not on streaming yet and you had to scour the internet for every album of his if you didn’t want to pay 777.77 and even then half of them where nowhere to be found.
SoulSeek
I peeped one of his albums and it was okay lol, but it was his debut so he apparently got better over time
I only know about him because Lil Ugly Mane talked about him once
Insane to call put Mach and Okay in the same sentence.
My boy played a song by him for me 4 years ago and I cannot find it anywhere
Swiff Premium, s*** was fire. I know I can find it maybe on a forum or some sketchy music site but damn bro his s*** so hard to find
Maybe it‘s from his The Ecstatic album because it isn’t on Streaming Services
Insane to call put Mach and Okay in the same sentence.
I'm talking about Jandek, a 70s DIY folk singer who would mail his CDs out to people
jai paul
i saw him in real life and it crossed my mind that he could've just sent some dude and we wouldn't have known for sure
It's Lewis, if you don't know then you don't know
The fact that nobody's even agreed with this strengthens my point IMO
Definitely Doom. We didn't even know that he died until weeks later
thing is there's interviews of him and we know some stuff about him. there are artists out there that are like fabrications as far as we know
why he dressed like a saints row character
Second mention I've seen of this person
Can you or @Classique tell me more about this artist, never heard of em
I'm not like 100% on her history but most people know her because Xxxtentacion sampled a lot of her songs and this went along to propel their solo career..I'm not sure Shiloh wanted the fame...Last I remember, she went missing. I have no idea what they look like but yeah.
There was a time where this was one of the only photos of Burial online
i read about him and listened to some of his music since seeing this post and wow he’s incredible. like what i love about so much about british music is the underlying grit or angst or whatever word best describes there’s like a haze that i hear a lot in dnb garage and grime. burial has like the most beautiful form of this really amazing work can’t believe i hadn’t listened to him before
Surprised nobody mentioned frank
dude ain’t mysterious i saw him riding his bike once and i know someone who claims to have recently seen him having dinner in ny plus he posts ig stories frequently now. he’s just on a musical hiatus now
